Leave a legacy for life
The EWT is proud of our conservation legacy. From our small beginnings in Clive Walker’s garage in the 1970s, we have grown into a global conservation force saving threatened species and wild spaces across southern and East Africa. As a trust, we are reliant on donor funding, and much of our legacy work is made possible through bequests.
If you yearn for a better future for your children, leave your own Legacy for Life that will have a lasting impact. By remembering the EWT in your Will, you help to secure the health of our planet and its wildlife beyond your lifetime. AND, including a legacy to the EWT in your Will reduces the tax payable on your estate, thus helping your beneficiaries even more.
For each legacy left to the EWT, we plant an indigenous tree in our Memory Forest at the EWT’s Conservation Campus in Midrand. The trees are marked by plaques bearing the gifter’s name. These are living memorials to conservation heroes who continue to give back to the planet and future generations. You can help us protect forever, together.
