Women’s Month

Celebrating Women in Conservation

As we celebrate Women’s Month, we are honored to highlight some of the powerful women within our organization, which is proudly women-led. These remarkable individuals are not only breaking barriers in the male-dominated field of conservation but are also leading critical initiatives to protect and preserve our planet’s most endangered species. Through their stories, we explore their journeys, the unique challenges they face, and their visions for a future where women continue to play a pivotal role in conservation. Join us in celebrating the exceptional women who are driving change and inspiring future generations.

THE EWT TURNS 50

What started as one man’s dream in 1973 has grown into an unconquerable force in the fight against extinction.

Half a century after it was founded, the Endangered Wildlife Trust has achieved immeasurable gains for wildlife conservation. Join us as we celebrate EWT’s 50th anniversary

To honour the EWT’s 50th anniversary and ensure we can continue our work, we are building a Fund for the Future. Donate towards the next 50 years of conservation by contributing to our goal of raising R5 million.

Your gift will be a building block in the foundation on which we will build a stronger future.
